Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain BOM for internally produced components (liners, padding, straps, sewing parts)
- Ensure correct material consumption, usage rates, and yield in BOM
- Update BOM based on engineering changes (ECN/ECR)
- Coordinate with Production, IE, and Engineering for process and material validation
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by preparing BOM data on time
- Verify and control material codes, specifications, and unit of measure
- Input and maintain BOM data in the system
- Monitor and improve data accuracy and consistency
- Support cost calculation and material usage analysis
- Assist in resolving BOM-related issues with cross-functional teams
- Support other BOM tasks or projects as assigned by Manager
Qualifications
PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Textile, or related field)
- 2–5 years of experience in BOM, Production, IE, or related field
- Experience in sewing processes or internal components manufacturing is preferred
- Basic knowledge of material consumption and production processes
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, ACCPAC, or similar)
- Good command of English (communication and documentation)
- Detail-oriented and good coordination skills
