Zone & Red zone respect (by Production Supervisor, Foremen, Leaders).

ensure that tracking system of helmets are effective.

Quality
Assurance/การประกันคุณภาพ

“S”
Class “C” Class and “CH” Class raw materials/วัตถุดิบประเภท S Class,
C Class และ CH Class

·       Control
of “S” class raw materials incoming tests.

·       Controls
of Documents (Specifications, Drawings, and Certificates of Conformity) of
suppliers test of assigning batch number for “S” class, “C” class and “CH”
class raw materials.

·       Controls
of tracking records for “S” class raw materials.

·       ควบคุมดูแลการบันทึกข้อมูล
ของวัตถุดิบกลุ่ม S Class

Reference
Samples/ชิ้นงานอ้างอิง

·       Controls
reference samples for ACS, Shark, SFPC and suppliers.

Procedures
& Documents (when Document Control Officer
absent)/ระเบียบปฏิบัติและเอกสารข้อมูล
(กรณีปฏิบัติหน้าที่แทนเจ้าหน้าที่ควบคุมเอกสาร)

current versions of specifications, procedures (original) & documents
(originals).

·       Controls
previous versions of specifications, procedures & documents (Keeps the
Historical Evolution Originals).

·       Controls
of Quality Records.

Customer
complaints helmets/parts/การจัดการข้อร้องเรียนลูกค้า

·       To
check the helmets/parts return from customer and decide can repair/can not
repair together with Assistant Quality Manager/Production Manager. Inform
Export Department after repairing helmets/parts.

KPI/ดัชนีชี้วัดความสำเร็จของงาน

·       All
defects (Quantity & origins) report on board and ACS server with targets.

Quality
Reports/รายงานผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ

·       Prepares
Quality Monthly Report (partially).
