Sewing Machine Technician (ช่างซ่อมจักรเย็บผ้า) - บริษัท แอดวานซ์ คอมโพซิท ซิสเต็มส์ จำกัด

·         Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on sewing machines

·         Analyze and troubleshoot machine issues to reduce breakdowns and downtime

·         Inspect machines and maintain maintenance history records

·         Coordinate with Production to support smooth and continuous operations

·         Support general factory maintenance activities together with the maintenance team, including machine, utility, and facility maintenance as assigned

·         Assist maintenance team in equipment installation, repair works, and improvement activities within the factory

·         Report issues and propose improvement actions to supervisors

·         Comply with company regulations and safety standards

•  ดำเนินการซ่อมบำรุงเชิงแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance) และซ่อมบำรุงเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) สำหรับเครื่องจักรงานเย็บ
• วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรเพื่อลดการเสียและเวลาหยุดเครื่องจักร (Downtime)
•  ตรวจสอบสภาพเครื่องจักรและจัดเก็บบันทึกประวัติการซ่อมบำรุง
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิตเพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปอย่างต่อเนื่องและราบรื่น
•  สนับสนุนงานซ่อมบำรุงทั่วไปภายในโรงงานร่วมกับทีมซ่อมบำรุง รวมถึงงานซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักร ระบบสาธารณูปโภค และอาคารสถานที่ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ช่วยเหลือทีมซ่อมบำรุงในการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ งานซ่อมแซม และกิจกรรมปรับปรุงต่าง ๆ ภายในโรงงาน
• รายงานปัญหาและเสนอแนวทางการปรับปรุงต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
• ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัทและมาตรฐานด้านความปลอดภัย
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการและผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุง

·  Thai nationality, age 25 years or above

·  Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field

·  Minimum 2 years of experience in sewing machine maintenance

·  Able to read machine manuals and technical drawings

·  Skilled in using hand tools and troubleshooting

·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·  Able to work under pressure and manage tasks independently

• สัญชาติไทย อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวช./ปวส. สาขาเครื่องกล ไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรเย็บผ้าอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
• สามารถอ่านคู่มือเครื่องจักรและแบบทางเทคนิคได้
• มีทักษะในการใช้เครื่องมือช่างและการแก้ไขปัญหา
• มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ไขปัญหา
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน และบริหารงานด้วยตนเองได้
