Responsibilities
🔹Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for registering new and existing patients, verifying insurance eligibility, and providing information regarding various promotions. The role also includes performing tasks according to departmental plans and in alignment with the organization’s policies.
Qualifications
🔹 Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any related field
2. At least 1 year of experience in customer service (new graduates are also welcome)
3. Good personality and positive attitude with a strong desire for career growth
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
5. Good command of English (other languages are an advantage); TOEIC score ≥ 605
