Junior Data Governance Officer - โรงพยาบาลเวชธานี/บริษัท เวชธานี จำกัด (มหาชน)

1. Data Asset Maintenance & Standard Adherence

 - Manually update and maintain existing Data Dictionaries and Data Catalogs based on pre-defined organizational standards.

- Ensure strict discipline in following naming conventions, documentation practices, and governance standards.

- Manage and organize data repositories and structured files (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, database exports) to ensure high searchability and systemization.

2. Data Quality Monitoring & Reporting

- Perform routine checks and monitoring of core data parameters to identify inconsistencies or anomalies.

- Report data quality issues to the Data Governance Specialist; note that this role focuses on identifying and reporting rather than defining new quality rules.

- Use BI tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI) to validate data outputs and ensure accuracy against source systems.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination & User Support

- Act as a point of contact for Business, BI, and IT teams to coordinate data-related tasks and ensure smooth data usage.

- Provide operational support to front-end users, assisting with data templates and clarifying data definitions with a strong service mindset.

- Assist in the implementation of Data Quality Checklists among relevant data creators.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Statistics with a proven aptitude for systematic file management, or

2. Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, IT, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field with Mandatory Healthcare Experience:

- Minimum 1 year in the healthcare industry

- Completion of at least 1 healthcare-related data project.

3. Highly Preferred: Experience handling structured files and maintaining organized data repositories (SharePoint/Databases).

4. Bonus: Familiarity with FHIR data standards or BI tools (Qlik Sense/Power BI).

1. Exceptional Attention to Detail: Critical for managing complex data definitions and templates.

2. High Discipline: Ability to follow strict standards and protocols without deviation.

3. Technical Literacy: Proficiency in MS Excel (templates/cleaning) and basic SQL.

4. English Proficiency: Communicate in English: listen, speak, read, and write well mush have TOEIC score > 605. There is compensation for those with TOEIC scores according to conditions.

5. Positive & Cheerful: Able to maintain a helpful demeanor during frequent user interactions.

6. Tenacious & Patient: Resilient in the face of repetitive tasks.
