Junior Data Governance Officer - โรงพยาบาลเวชธานี/บริษัท เวชธานี จำกัด (มหาชน)

🔹Job Responsibilities
1. Maintain and update Data Dictionaries, Data Catalogs, and related metadata based on established governance standards.
2. Ensure compliance with naming conventions, documentation standards, and data governance policies.
3. Organize and maintain structured data repositories, including Excel files, SharePoint libraries, and database extracts.
4. Support data standardization initiatives across departments and business functions.
5. Perform routine data quality assessments and identify inconsistencies, missing values, duplicates, or anomalies.
6. Prepare reports and communicate data quality issues to the Data Governance Specialist for further analysis and resolution.
7. Validate data outputs using BI tools and compare results against source systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
8. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Data Quality Checklists across the organization.
9. Coordinate with Business Units, IT teams, Data Analysts, and BI teams on data-related initiatives.
10. Provide support and guidance to users regarding data definitions, templates, and governance practices.
11. Act as a liaison between data producers and data consumers to ensure consistent understanding and usage of data assets.
12. Promote data governance awareness and best practices throughout the organization.
13. Support initiatives to improve data quality, governance processes, and operational efficiency.
14. Participate in data governance projects and organizational improvement programs.
15. Stay updated on emerging technologies, healthcare data standards, and data management best practices.

🔹 Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related quantitative field.
2. Healthcare Statistics graduates with strong data management capabilities are encouraged to apply.
3. For candidates from Data Science, IT, Computer Science, or related fields:
4. Minimum 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry, or
participation in at least one healthcare-related data project.
5. Experience maintaining structured data repositories, SharePoint environments, or databases is highly preferred.
6. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data cleansing and template management.
7. Basic SQL skills for querying and validating data.
8. Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense is an advantage.
9. Understanding of healthcare data standards (e.g., FHIR) is a plus.
10. Experience with SharePoint, structured file management, or database systems is preferred.
11. Applicants with a TOEIC score above 500 are eligible for additional compensation in accordance with hospital policy
