🔹Job Responsibilities
1. Perform patient assessment, triage, and prioritization according to clinical conditions and hospital protocols.
2. Deliver safe and effective nursing care for obstetric and gynecological patients using the nursing process.
3. Monitor patients’ conditions, vital signs, and clinical changes, and take appropriate nursing actions.
4. Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet patients’ needs.
5. Administer medications and intravenous therapy in compliance with the 6 Rights of Medication Administration.
6. Assess patients before, during, and after medication administration.
7. Monitor and manage adverse drug reactions and medication-related complications.
8. Maintain accurate documentation of medications, treatments, and patient responses.
9. Provide nursing care for antenatal, postnatal, and gynecological patients.
10. Educate patients regarding pregnancy care, breastfeeding, gynecological conditions, treatment plans, and preventive healthcare.
11. Care for patients with common women’s health conditions, including gestational diabetes, uterine fibroids, and gynecological disorders.
12. Support patients undergoing minor and major gynecological procedures and surgeries.
13. Assist physicians during examinations, diagnostic procedures, and specialized treatments.
14. Prepare patients and equipment for procedures such as ultrasound examinations, Pap smears, colposcopy, gynecological procedures, and fetal assessments.
15. Provide post-procedure monitoring and patient education to prevent complications.
16. Educate patients and families regarding disease management, treatment plans, medications, and self-care.
17. Provide pre-operative and post-operative instructions to ensure optimal recovery.
18. Counsel patients regarding lifestyle modification, health promotion, and disease prevention.
19. Deliver exceptional service using the AIDET communication framework.
20. Handle patient concerns and service issues professionally and promptly.
21. Promote a positive and compassionate patient experience.
Participate in quality improvement projects, patient safety programs, and departmental initiatives.
22. Ensure accurate utilization of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and clinical documentation.
23. Support orientation, coaching, and mentoring of new staff when assigned.
24. Maintain professional competency through ongoing education and training programs.

🔹 Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with Valid Registered Nurse License (First-Class Nursing and Midwifery License) issued by the Thailand Nursing and Midwifery Council.
2. Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in an outpatient or hospital setting.
3. Experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB-GYN), Women’s Health, OPD, or Ambulatory Care is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of outpatient nursing practices and patient triage.
4. Competency in medication administration, intravenous therapy, and pain management.
5. Knowledge of women’s health, obstetric care, gynecological nursing, and patient education.
6. Ability to assist physicians during examinations and specialized procedures.
7. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience using Hospital Information Systems (HIS) is preferred.
9. Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Ability to communicate effectively with international patients is an advantage. Applicants with a TOEIC score above 500 are eligible for additional compensation in accordance with hospital policy
