• Design and develop Engine and Automatic Transmission Control Parts, including:
  • Accelerator Pedal
  • Automatic Transmission (AT) Shift Lever
  • AT Control Cable
• Prepare 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings.
• Conduct design calculations, tolerance studies, and design validation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, testing, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Support design verification and product improvement activities.
• Analyze technical issues and propose effective engineering solutions.
• Ensure designs comply with quality, cost, reliability, safety, and related requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities throughout the product development process.
• Participate in company cross-functional activities.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in: Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or related engineering fields
• 0–5 years of experience in automotive design or product development.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical design principles.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Communicative Japanese ability will be advantage.
• Experience with CAD software
• Knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle control mechanisms.
• Experience in GD&T, DFMEA, tolerance analysis, or design validation.
• Experience working with car makers, automotive suppliers or OEMs is an advantage.
