Responsibilities
- Provide process instructions for manufacturing.
- Support and lead to continuous improvement, problem-solving, and process improvement activities.
- Plan, manage, and coordinate production engineering processes to produce high-quality products.
- Conduct engineering change and evaluation transfer new products, processes.
- Develop subordinates for better knowledge and working abilities.
- Conduct root cause investigation, corrective & preventive action provider and reporting.
- Experiences PLC, programming will be an advantage.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Chemistry Engineering or related field
- Bachelor's degree of Science in Industrial chemistry
- Minimum of 3 years in electronics Manufacturing in system.
- Knowledge failure analysis or reliability on electronics to be advantage.
- Good command of English, able to communicate effectively and proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
- Instrument and Measurement knowledge.
- SMT line knowledge will be an advantage.
- Able to work in Lamphun province.
