Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, quality standards, and company requirements.
- Manage construction drawings, document revisions, and related technical information.
- Monitor construction quality and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Operate and monitor facility equipment to ensure stable and efficient performance.
- Perform in-house inspection, preventive maintenance, and basic maintenance of facility equipment.
- Analyze equipment malfunctions and defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage repair activities, minor repairs, and temporary corrective measures.
- Monitor and manage facility energy consumption.
- Support and coordinate outsourced maintenance activities and contractor work.
- Improve construction and facility regulations, procedures, and working standards.
- Develop and manage training programs for facility operation and maintenance staff.
- Promote AI / DX initiatives to enhance construction, facility operation, and maintenance efficiency.
- Carry out 5S and EHS activities within assigned areas.
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาเครื่องกล, ไฟฟ้า, โยธา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านวิศวกรรม 2-5 ปี
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานประจำที่จังหวัดลำพูนได้
