• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขานิเทศศาสตร์ สื่อสารมวลชน การตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารรายการโทรทัศน์ สื่อออนไลน์ การผลิตคอนเทนต์ หรือบริหารโปรเจกต์สื่อ อย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารทีม Creative / Production / Content รวมถึงการประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายและการตลาด
• มีความเข้าใจขั้นตอนการผลิตรายการทั้ง PRE-PRODUCTION, PRODUCTION และ POST-PRODUCTION เป็นอย่างดี
• มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ สามารถคิดและพัฒนารายการใหม่ ๆ ให้ตอบโจทย์กลุ่มเป้าหมายและสปอนเซอร์ได้
• มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์เรตติ้ง แนวโน้มคอนเทนต์ และคู่แข่ง เพื่อนำมาพัฒนารายการให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
• มีทักษะด้านการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ การบริหารงบประมาณ และการบริหารเวลาได้ดี
• มีความสามารถในการจัดทำ Proposal และ Presentation เพื่อนำเสนองานต่อผู้บริหารและสปอนเซอร์
• มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง และการประสานงานที่ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับหลายฝ่ายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถบริหารจัดการทีม และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
• มีความรู้และความเข้าใจด้านสื่อดิจิทัล Social Media และพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคยุคใหม่ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และบริหารหลายโปรเจกต์พร้อมกันได้
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office, Google Workspace และเครื่องมือด้าน Presentation ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• มีความรับผิดชอบสูง กระตือรือร้น และพร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่อยู่เสมอ
