Responsibilities
- Partner with line managers to provide HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Support talent management activities, including recruitment, succession planning, and employee development.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Analyze workforce data and recommend people strategies to improve organizational performance.
- Coordinate and support HR projects and change management initiatives across the business.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in political science, Public Administration, Industrial Psychology, Sociology, HR Management, or related field.
2. At least 2.7 GPA.
3. TOEIC score at least 550. (If any, Special Consideration)
4. Proficient in Computer, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Power BI, SAP-HR)
5. Have a skill of Digital Literacy.
6. Strong interpersonal skills; able to effectively communicate and Analytical Thinking.
7. Must be able to work in Nakhon Ratchasima Province.
