We are currently looking for interns to join us in the following positions:
Customer Service department
Key Account Support (Oct-Dec 2026, Jan-April 2027)
1 position for each period
Customer Service Advisor, Tracing (Jan-April 2027)
1 position
As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in your field, contribute to real-world projects, and enhance your knowledge and skill set.

During Oct - Dec 2026 or Jan-Apr 2027

- Update the status of newly received cases with no details available in the system.
- Prepare daily reports in Excel.
- Handle customs clearance procedures.
Customer Service Advisor, Tracing (Jan-April 2027)
1 position
- Coordinate with shipment origins to obtain consignee information and instructions.
- Contact customers via email or phone to obtain delivery information.
- Coordinate with the Service Center regarding shipment delivery, return, or destruction.
As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in your field, contribute to real-world projects, and enhance your knowledge and skill set.
Internship period:
During Oct - Dec 2026 or Jan-Apr 2027
Qualifications
- 2nd-4th year students in any fields
- Responsible and able to manage assigned tasks
- Good command in English
- Minimum GPAX 2.75
