Responsibilities
- Lead and control daily production operations to achieve maximum productivity, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Develop and implement productivity improvement initiatives to optimize manpower, machine utilization, and production capacity.
- Analyze production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve OEE and reduce downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement activities including Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and waste reduction programs.
- Monitor and control production costs while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
- Establish and track KPIs related to productivity, efficiency, scrap reduction, and labor performance.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams to improve operational flow.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO standards, and company policies.
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams to achieve operational targets and continuous performance improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in automotive parts manufacturing, with strong exposure to productivity improvement projects.
- Proven experience in managing high-volume production operations.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, OEE improvement, Line Balancing, and Process Optimization.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve productivity and delivery targets.
- Good command of English communication and reporting skills.
