Responsibilities
1. Manage online sales orders delivery and return on time
1) Responsible for monitoring pick up goods and delivery on time, follow POD on time base on KPI target, solve abnormal orders POD issue
2) Online customer return and reject orders management, follow return goods to warehouse and inbound base on KPI target
3) Claim the product damage and lost with logistic suppliers
4) Manage online warehouse logistic suppliers KPI performance and operation quality
3.Output online sales order delivery and POD tracking report, logistic & warehouse supplier monthly meeting report
4. Online & offline Borrow order delivery and return management
1) Create borrow order based on the requirements from Marketing/Retail/product management/Ecommerce, follow internal approval process, manage the stock of sample and marketing materials, monitor borrow order delivery on time base on the KPI target with logistic suppliers
2) Follow the borrow machines return to warehouse according to requirement return date, ensure no return postpone and expired. Follow borrow return goods inbound in system on time
5. All other duties that are assigned by SCM supervisor, manager and director"
Qualifications
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Basic written and verbal communication skills both in Thai and in English
• Experience in SAP, TMS, WMS system and other company order management system operation
• Able to think independently and find solutions to solve orders issues
• Have service mind with good working attitude, meticulous, responsible and proactive in work"
