Responsibilities
- Provide advice and support to customers on how to use the software program effectively.
- Oversee and resolve user issues through the system, adhering to standard and modern service procedures.
- Provide consultation regarding accounting data entry, system management, and the preparation of internal accounting documents within the software.
- Receive, coordinate, and follow up on issue resolutions in collaboration with the development team, including conducting testing before delivering solutions to customers.
- Gather feedback from customers to pass on to the Quality and Product Development teams for continuous product improvement.
- Support the inspection, development, and customization of systems prior to updating versions for all clients.
Qualifications
- Open to all genders, aged between 25 – 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (all fields), Accounting, or other related fields.
- At least 2 years of work experience in accounting.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to utilize software systems effectively.
- Good command of English (both communication and reading skills).
- Positive attitude, quick-witted, with strong analytical and systematic thinking skills.
- Quick learner, adaptable, and able to work well in a team environment.
- Confident in communication with clear speech and excellent customer service skills.
- Highly responsible with a strong track record of following up on tasks until completion.
- Candidates who can start work immediately will receive special consideration.
