Responsibilities
1. Manages Central Lab testing (Micro, Chemical, Sensory) in compliance with ISO 17025.
2. Control activities in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 17025 system.
3. Develops and improves laboratory test methods for Microbiological, Chemical, and Sensory Laboratories.
4. Approves Laboratory report of test results for Central laboratory
5. Reviews and monitors proficiency testing and interlaboratory comparison performance.
6. Response to all Quality & Food Safety Management System such as GMP/GHP, HACCP,ISO 45001, ISO 22000 , FSSC 22000 , Halal ,ISO14001 etc.
Qualifications
1.B.Sc. Degree in Food Science graduate or equivalent, M.Sc. is an advantage
2.At least 7 years experience in Laboratory Testing Under ISO17025 for Food Product testing
3.Experince and competent on work coorniation with AB for Laboratory Accreditation.
4.Good knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and quality management systems, including GMP, HACCP, FSSC22000.
5.Knowledge of testing and be able to solve technical problems and analytical techniques.
