Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policies, plans, and procedures in line with relevant laws and standards
- Manage the occupational safety and health management system within the workplace
- Conduct regular inspections, assessments, and reports on workplace safety risks
- Organize and deliver training and awareness programs for employees on safety measures and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with government agencies and external parties regarding safety and environmental matters
- Investigate and analyze the root causes of accidents or near-misses, proposing preventive and corrective actions
- Prepare and maintain records and statistics related to safety and occupational health as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Engineering, or a related field
- Possess a Professional Safety Officer license
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) management
- Deep understanding of Thai safety laws and occupational health standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Ability to analyze problems and make decisive actions in emergency situations
- Experience in a manufacturing industry or with ISO 45001 is a plus.
