Responsibilities

- Review Service Reports submitted by Site Engineers, analyze problem details, and coordinate with both the factory and engineers for additional data when required.

- Monitor claim status and follow up with the factory to ensure timely approval for warranty claims.

- Collaborate with the factory to support investigations and explore preliminary solutions for quality issues related to Chillers or AHUs.

- Review and verify Commissioning Reports submitted by branches, secure management approval, and forward them to the relevant departments for further processing.

- Coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse teams on the handling of returned or warranty parts upon arrival in Thailand. Prepare all required documents to ensure prompt customs clearance and on-time delivery to branches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Service Engineer - QC & QA within the Air Conditioning, HVAC, or Chiller business.
  • Background in the air conditioning/chiller or construction industry is an advantage.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
