Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor the company's compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and customer requirements.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations.
- Coordinate compliance risk assessments and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support Corporate Governance, Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC), and Whistleblowing programs.
- Coordinate internal, customer, and regulatory compliance audits and follow up on audit findings.
- Support ESG, Human Rights Due Diligence, Responsible Sourcing, and sustainability compliance initiatives.
- Coordinate supplier compliance programs and ensure compliance with customer and international requirements.
- Conduct compliance training and promote a culture of ethics and integrity throughout the organization.
- Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Political Science, Risk Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, or Legal.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred; experience in the rubber or export industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Corporate Governance, Compliance Management, ESG, Anti-Bribery, Human Rights, ISO standards, or EUDR is an advantage.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
