Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Lead sustainable natural rubber procurement in line with Group Sustainability and Sustainable Procurement policies
- Develop and implement procurement SOPs, controls, and sourcing strategies aligned with ISO 20400, GPSNR, EUDR, and buyer requirements
- Ensure legal, traceable, deforestation-free, and responsible sourcing from smallholders, dealers, and suppliers
- Manage supplier sustainability assessment, onboarding, performance monitoring, and audit readiness
- Identify, assess, and manage ESG and economic risks across procurement and supply chain activities
- Maintain ESG risk registers and embed risk considerations into supplier selection and sourcing decisions
- Integrate sustainable procurement and ESG controls into digital systems, data platforms, and analytics tools
- Ensure procurement and traceability data accuracy, consistency, security, and audit readiness
- Provide sustainability and ESG governance oversight for non-rubber procurement supporting factory operations
- Coordinate cross-functionally and deliver management reporting to drive continuous improvement and long-term value
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or sustainability roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
- Strong expertise in sustainable sourcing, ethical procurement, and responsible supply chain management
- Knowledge of global sustainability standards and frameworks such as FSC and ISO 20400, including circular economy principles
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Thai is a plus) and willingness to travel for supplier audits and sustainability activities
