Responsibilities
• Supervise, control, and verify civil construction works related to infrastructure foundations and weir structures in accordance with approved engineering drawings, specifications, and international standards.
• Plan and coordinate on-site civil activities to align with product installation schedules and methodologies provided by the technical and engineering teams.
• Monitor project progress and performance, preparing and reviewing Daily and Weekly Progress Reports, including technical issues, risks, and mitigation actions, for submission to the Project Manager.
• Prepare technical proposals, method statements, and structural documentation for project execution and handover phases.
• Coordinate and manage sub-contractors, suppliers, and local authorities to ensure smooth site execution and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation control and technical coordination between office-based engineering teams and site operations.
• Perform duties across office and site locations, with an approximate work allocation of Office : Site = 70 : 30.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in civil construction, site supervision, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong ability to review shop drawings and proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Effective communication skills in Chinese for technical and operational coordination, or in English.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (Civil Engineering) or eligible for professional engineering registration.
