•       Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management — Develop sourcing strategies and assess suppliers on quality, cost, and delivery.
•        Cost Analysis & Commercial Negotiation — Evaluate quotations, benchmark prices, and negotiate competitive terms.
•        Investment & Engineering Project Procurement — Procure machinery, equipment, and facilities for plant and new-model projects.
•        Competitive Bidding & Contract Management — Run bidding, recommend suppliers, and manage purchasing contracts.
•        Cross-functional Collaboration — Align technical requirements, budgets, and schedules with Engineering and Production.
•        Cost Reduction & Procurement Improvement — Drive cost savings and improve purchasing efficiency.
•        Supplier Performance & Delivery Control — Monitor supplier delivery and risks to ensure stable operations.
  

•        Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
•        Good English skills; Japanese is a plus
•        Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•        Interest in cost analysis, supplier management, and negotiation
•        Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
•        Fresh graduates welcome
