Purchasing Officer (Restaurant) - บริษัท ไทยเบฟเวอเรจ จำกัด (มหาชน)

1. ) Review monthly & annual operating report to SCM Manager for estimation and support into the company plan.

2. ) Review & ensure the timely inputs all the progress meet as the requires.

3. ) Review DC provider, Subcontractor, Transporter, Delivery performance, and related operational problems; including provides comments for further improvements.

4. ) Continuously develops and help function leader on a cost saving & alternative sources of DC provider/Transporter/System

5. ) Actively liaison with other departments, such as QA, Operation, F&A, Marketing, IT, and Business Development to assist with the operating report on Supply Chain Management role.

6. ) Controls cost of warehousing by reviewing KPI. And transportation charge to ensure that they are in line with policy and budget.

7. ) Identifies Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key business drivers; tracks data and assesses performance of suppliers, warehouse and subcontractors; advises them for their improvement in terms of product quality and service to meet standard and requirements.

8. ) Conducts DASM Review (Distributor Assessment Selection & Monitoring Review) to audit distributor performance and capability, to be information for future selection of new suppliers and extension of contracts with existing suppliers.

9. ) To conclusion with a product problem to F&A department on destruction of rejected with a company’s budget

10. ) Visits warehouse or supplier’s transportation to access their facilities and capacities; provides feedback and suggestions for improvement in order to meet standard.

11. ) Ensure that only quality of services received from suppliers and drive the successful partner relationships exist with all suppliers.

12. ) Ensure that purchases contracted with YRI suppliers are executed properly to YRI’s satisfaction in term of quality and timely delivery schedule. Visits suppliers’ plants or offices to assess their facilities and production capabilities; provides feedback and suggestions for improvement in order to meet YRI standard.

13. ) Manage, control and ensure that effective minimal inventories are held by the Company.

14. ) Actively participate in special project as required.

15. ) Develops warehouse and transportation procedures and maximize operating performance through cooperation with Operation Department i.e., Decrease stock quantity per items, Increase inventory turn.

16. ) Provides guidance, coaching and support to subordinates, solves any operational problems for subordinates as deemed appropriate.

17. ) Conducts & reviews Performance Appraisals for direct subordinates on 6 months basis, discusses with them for further improvement and development.

18. ) Prepare and maintain a personal development plan for all direct reports.

19. ) Attends meetings, e.g., Marketing & Operations meeting, Franchisee meeting, Supplier meeting, purchasing department meeting and others.

ในปัจจุบัน ธุรกิจของไทยเบฟประกอบด้วย 4 สายธุรกิจ ได้แก่ สุรา เบียร์ เครื่องดื่มไม่มีแอลกอฮอล์ และอาหารโดยกลุ่มบริษัทไทยเบฟมีโรงงานผลิตสุรา 19 แห่ง โรงงานผลิตเบียร์ 3 แห่ง และโรงงานผลิตเครื่องดื่มไม่มีแอลกอฮอล์อีก 20 แห่งในประเทศไทย และมีเครือข่ายการกระจายสินค้าที่ครอบคลุมจุดขายมากกว่า 500,000 จุดทั่วประเทศ กลุ่มบริษัทไทยเบฟจำหน่ายสินค้าครอบคลุมมากกว่า 90 ประเทศทั่วโลก รวมถึงมีเครือข่ายโรงงานผลิตเบียร์ 26 แห่งในเวียดนาม ที่ผลิต Bia Saigon และ 333 ของซาเบโก้ โรงงานผลิตสุรา 5 แห่งในสกอตแลนด์ ซึ่งใช้ผลิตสุราซิงเกิ้ลมอลต์ เช่น บัลแบลร์ (Balblair) โอลด์ พุลท์นีย์ (Old Pulteney) และสเปย์เบิร์น (Speyburn) โรงงาน 1 แห่งในฝรั่งเศส สำหรับผลิตสุราลาร์เซน คอนญัก โรงงานผลิตสุรา 1 แห่งในนิวซีแลนด์ ซึ่งใช้ผลิตสุราซิงเกิ้ลมอลต์โลกใหม่ (New World Spirits) ของคาร์โดรนา โรงงาน 2 แห่งในเมียนมาของ GRG และโรงงานผลิตสุรา 1 แห่งในจีนซึ่งสำหรับผลิตสุราอวี้หลินฉวน (Yulinquan)

กลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์สุราที่มีชื่อเสียงของไทยเบฟประกอบด้วย รวงข้าว หงส์ทอง เบลนด์ 285 แสงโสม แม่โขง และแกรนด์ รอยัล วิสกี้ นอกจากนี้ เบียร์ช้างซึ่งเป็นอีกหนึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์หลัก ยังเป็นหนึ่งในเบียร์ของไทยที่เป็นที่รู้จักอย่างกว้างขวางทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ ในขณะที่ซาเบโก้มีผลิตภัณฑ์ Bia Saigon และ 333 ซึ่งเป็นเบียร์ที่มียอดขายอันดับต้น ๆ ในประเทศเวียดนาม สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องดื่มไม่มีแอลกอฮอล์ ไทยเบฟมีตราสินค้าชั้นนำ ได้แก่ ชาเขียวโออิชิ เครื่องดื่มอัดลมเอส โคล่า น้ำดื่มคริสตัล เครื่องดื่มอัดลม F&N และเครื่องดื่มเกลือแร่ 100PLUS นอกจากนี้ ไทยเบฟยังดำเนินธุรกิจร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่น รวมทั้งอาหารพร้อมปรุงและพร้อมทาน ผ่านบริษัทย่อยคือ บริษัท โออิชิ กรุ๊ป จำกัด (มหาชน) และได้ขยายธุรกิจอาหารผ่านบริษัทย่อย คือ ฟู้ด ออฟ เอเชีย และธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์เคเอฟซี ซึ่งเป็นร้านอาหารบริการด่วนที่ได้รับความนิยมที่สุดในประเทศไทย
