Plan, create, and manage content for digital platforms, including LINE OA, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other marketing channels.

Develop monthly content calendars and coordinate with designers or agencies to ensure timely execution.

Manage the company's CRM strategy through LINE Official Account, including customer segmentation, broadcast messages, rich menus, and campaign performance.

Execute and optimize customer engagement campaigns using LINE CRM tools.

Design, implement, and manage customer loyalty programs for key customers, including membership, rewards, and retention activities.

Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance, and provide recommendations to improve engagement and repeat purchases.

Coordinate with Sales and other internal departments to support promotional campaigns and customer activities.

Monitor digital marketing KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, CRM, or Content Marketing.

Hands-on experience managing LINE Official Account and CRM campaigns.

Experience developing and managing customer loyalty or membership programs.

Strong content planning and copywriting skills.

Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and reporting.

Good communication and project coordination skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or CRM platforms is an advantage.
