Trade Marketing Supervisor (In-store Execution & Activation) - บริษัท เอ-เบสท์ จำกัด

We are seeking a hands-on Trade Marketing Specialist to ensure outstanding in-store execution, merchandising excellence, and successful retail activation nationwide.

• Execute merchandising and display standards

• Manage POSM and in-store media implementation

• Monitor store coverage and Out-of-Stock (OOS) performance

• Coordinate product demonstrations and sampling events

• Conduct regular store visits and execution audits

• Evaluate activation effectiveness and compliance

• Monitor competitor in-store activities and displays

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

• 3–5 years in Merchandising, Field Marketing, or Trade Activation

• Able to travel for store visits

• Strong execution and problem-solving skills

• FMCG retail execution

• Working with merchandising agencies and modern trade stores
