Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Develop new B2B customers in the food manufacturing industry.
- Identify business opportunities with factories producing noodles, bakery, snacks, sauces, frozen food, and other processed foods.
- Promote CJ Foods food ingredients including flour, starch, sauces, seasonings, and related products.
- Build long-term relationships with food manufacturers and industrial customers.
- Understand customers' production needs and recommend suitable ingredient solutions.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate product trials, sample requests, and new product development projects with customers.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, QA/R&D, and Marketing to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer demand.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and introduce new ingredients.
- Provide market feedback and customer insights to management.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years' experience in B2B sales of food ingredients or food raw materials
- Experience selling to food factories / manufacturers
- Knowledge of flour, starch, sauces, seasonings, bakery, or processed food ingredients is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Own car and able to travel for customer visits.
