Responsibilities
- Manage civil construction projects to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Oversee structural and architectural construction activities for compliance with designs and technical specifications
- Review and approve civil engineering construction drawings, including design modifications when necessary
- Plan and control the allocation of resources, including manpower, materials, and machinery on site
- Coordinate effectively with project teams, contractors, vendors, and relevant government agencies
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders
- Provide technical consultation and resolve engineering challenges encountered during construction
- Ensure all site operations comply with safety and occupational health standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering
- Holds a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (Level 3 or equivalent) in Thailand
- 8-10 years of experience in civil construction management, with expertise in structural and design work
- Deep understanding of structural design principles, structural inspection, and construction standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage construction teams to achieve project goals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to travel and work on project sites as required across specified locations
