Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding (50%)
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and
onboarding. Ensure a strong and ready talent pipeline to effectively support ongoing business changes.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, provide data-driven
recruitment consulting, and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the HR Manager to support strategic workforce planning, ensuring recruitment
pipelines align with business targets and market dynamics.
• New Hire Orientation: Deliver a seamless, welcoming, and informative onboarding and orientation experience for all new
hires.
• Talent Management Support: Assist the HR Manager in implementing talent management initiatives, succession
planning, and high-potential employee retention strategies.
Learning & Development (30%)
• Training Roadmap: Oversee, update, and implement the organizational training roadmap to ensure employee skills align
with company growth.
• Competency & IDP Management: Act as the centralized data hub for employee competencies, ensuring they are
accurately tracked and aligned with Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Learning Culture: Initiate, design, and facilitate creative L&D activities to foster a strong, sustainable continuous-learning
culture across the organization.
Regional Collaboration & HRIS (20%)
• APAC Partnership: Collaborate closely with the regional APAC HR team to align on regional initiatives, compliance, and
best practices.
• HRIS & Data Integrity: Manage and maintain employee data accounts within the global HRIS system, ensuring absolute
accuracy.
• Performance Management: Support and administer the regional performance management systems locally, guiding
employees and managers through evaluation cycles.
Qualifications
Experience:
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and L&D.
• Strong and Comprehensive Recruitment Background. Possess solid expertise and extensive experience across all
aspects of recruitment.
• Prior experience within the energy, oil & gas, or engineering sector is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organization Development, or a related field.
Key Skills & Systems:
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment pipelines and building strong consultative partnerships with hiring
managers.
• Experience handling IDPs, competency matrices, and creating engaging training initiatives.
• Familiarity with global HRIS platforms and Performance Management systems.
• Experience working with enterprise ERP systems is a plus.
Languages: Strong command of spoken and written English and Thai, as this role collaborates frequently with the APAC regional team.
