Responsibilities
- Monitor the status and performance of cloud systems and various services
- Identify and perform initial analysis of issues affecting customer cloud services
- Receive problem reports and cases from customers via primary channels such as email and phone
- Execute immediate first-level technical troubleshooting for customers
- Coordinate with the Technical team to escalate and track resolution of complex issues
Qualifications
- Aged 23–30
- Vocational Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Communications Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in network operations or as a NOC Engineer
- Foundational understanding of how cloud services operate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for immediate issues
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Able to work shifts.
- Disciplined, reliable, and punctual.
