Responsibilities
- Present and provide product information, including promotions, to customers via telephone
- Receive customer orders and accurately record relevant data
- Monitor delivery status to ensure customers receive products on schedule
- Offer guidance and support to customers regarding after-sales services
- Coordinate with the warehouse department and relevant teams to facilitate orders and deliveries
Qualifications
- Aged 22–35
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Computer, or a related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in telesales or sales
- Strong sales skills and an eagerness to learn about new products.
- Strong communication and able to handle unexpected issues and solve problems effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a pleasant phone manner and fluent communication.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude toward work.
- Able to work well under pressure.
