Responsibilities
- Analyze business situation (both commercial/operational) and define business opportunities of each team
- Propose KPI which aim to support sustainable business growth and/or close the business gaps/issues.
- Responsible for setting and evaluation key performance indicators (KPI) for key functions employees (Sales / Marketing team) monthly / quarterly and annually basis.
- Develop and deploy evaluation platform for individual performance (both self-evaluation and collaboration evaluation) to team.
- Undertaking for data accuracy assessments by verify with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in statistic/mathematic/computer science or in a related field
- A minimum of 2 years experience in data analysis / sales analysis / business analysis.
- Fresh graduates with great portfolio (projects) are welcome
- Proficiency in MS Excel, database analysis software or KPI software for Enterprise.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to drive creativity and innovation.
