Responsibilities

- Develop Business Solution define business processes and translate user requirements into technical design together with development team leader.

- Direct the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications.

- Take care and fix problems in the program that occur and support when users have problems from using the program.

- Perform unit testing and related documents.

- Perform feature and functional testing for mobile application, web application, back office application and web service on client and server sides.

- Team coaching to improve competence, creativity and productivity, reskill / upskill if its nessesery.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.

- Having at least 3 years of experience in Software engineer/Developer/Programmer or related field.

- Good knowledge in developing using frameworks eg. React, Node.js/Nest.JS , .NET, PHP. (at least 2 objects)

- Good knowledge in programming languages C#,VB ,PHP with Database (SQL, MySql, MongoDB, NO-SQL). (at least 2 objects)

- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling using RESTful APIs, Web Services (either JSON or XML-formatted return data).

- Experience with Git, Microsoft Azure cloud-hosted development environments.

- Willing to work as a good team player, Willing to learn by doing, Willing to teach, Willing to listen, Willing to service, Willing to get the job done.
