Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver marketing events that align with the company’s objectives and goals.
- Develop and present fresh concepts, formats, and activities that engage the target audience.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, partners, suppliers, and other relevant external parties.
- Oversee each event from planning and preparation through event day to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
- Plan, monitor, and manage event budgets and expenses in line with the approved plan and goals.
- Track and evaluate event performance, then prepare reports and recommendations for future events.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Male or female, aged 22–30 or above.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in event marketing, event management, or marketing.
- Understands the event process, from planning and coordination to execution and post-event evaluation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Creative, with the ability to develop and present engaging event ideas.
- Professional manner, confident, and able to work well with others.
- Able to solve problems and manage situations effectively under time constraints.
- Available to work outside regular hours and on weekends or public holidays as required.
- Able to travel to other provinces for work.
- Experience organizing events, exhibitions, seminars, or marketing activities is an advantage.
