Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to gain a competitive edge.

- Deliver impactful sales pitches and product presentations tailored to customer needs.

- Work closely with product, credit, and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies.

- Visit customers or arrange meetings to understand their requirements and present customized solutions.

- Drive sales performance and ensure sales targets are consistently met.

- Align marketing efforts with overall sales goals to ensure business success.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience in Cambodia and/or Laos.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel across provinces and internationally as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets.
