Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers to provide initial product and service information
- Handle inquiries and respond to customer questions via phone and email
- Prepare sales quotations and process sales orders as required
- Monitor product delivery status to ensure customers receive items as expected
- Liaise with the warehouse and relevant departments to facilitate order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Vocational Diploma (Por Wor Sor) or equivalent and above
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills, both over the phone and via email
- Meticulous attention to detail in documentation and data handling
- Ability to work collaboratively and a service-minded attitude
- New graduates or candidates with no prior experience are welcome
- Previous experience in a sales support role is a plus.
