Responsibilities
- Gather customer requirements in order to design and recommend solutions. The tasks include solution design, BOM creation (Bill of Materials), Lab testing, POC (Prove of Concept), demonstration, specification compliance etc.
- Facilitate long-term customer relationships through the delivery of technical consultations
- Maintain technological expertise and relevancy through frequent training and certifications
- Test new product to understand the features and functions before launch
- Coordinates closely with sales team to provide technical support for corporate clients
Qualifications
- Age 24 – 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Information Technology / Data Science / Artificial Intelligence Or other related fields
- Strong understanding of applying AI in business contexts (e.g., AI Workers, AI Agents, Automation, Large Language Models)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and dynamic
- Hardworking, initiative, positive attitude toward team working
- Able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficiency in office PC skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint and word)
