Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily production operations to ensure high efficiency, quality and food safety standards.
- Monitor productions KPIs, analyze root causes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure production planning alights with demand forecasts and inventory targets.
- Collaborate with QA, Engineering, Supply Chain, and R&D to drive innovation and resolve productions-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in food manufacturing or FMCG, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiar with lean manufacturing, TPM, or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and experience in manufacturing environment
- Ability to work or relocate to Malaysia as required.
