Responsibilities
- Develop existing and new beverage products according to marketing and company objectives.
- Develop prototype products that meet customer needs.
- Source raw materials that meet required specifications and costs.
- Plann and oversee product development and process to achieve the goal, collaborate with marketing team, production team, suppliers, government and related parties.
- Prepare and maintain product-related documentation to comply with food quality and safety systems.
- Provide technical expertise and support in ensuring timely launches and flawless execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in R&D or product development from beverage manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of food regulation, standards and requirement.
- Understanding of food quality and safety system such as GHP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, Halal.
- Ability to manage the projects to achieve timely launch and flawless execution.
- Ability to work from Monday to Saturday (07.30-16.30)
- Location: Rojchana, Ayutthaya
