Engineering Supervisor - Facility / Factory - บริษัท เบอร์ลี่ ยุคเกอร์ ฟู้ดส์ จำกัด

• Manage the daily inspection, repair, and overall maintenance of factory buildings and structures.
• Oversee the operations and troubleshooting of electrical distribution, lighting, and power supply systems.
• Ensure optimal performance and regular maintenance of HVAC and factory ventilation systems.
• Maintain all factory water supply systems, plumbing, drainage, and wastewater treatment processes.
• Inspect, test, and maintain fire alarms, sprinklers, and all firefighting equipment to ensure readiness.
• Develop, execute, and monitor the annual Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule for all facility systems.
• Prepare the annual facility budget, track monthly expenses, and implement utility cost-saving ideas.
• Control spare parts inventory and raise purchase requests for required maintenance materials and tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in facility maintenance, building utilities, or plant engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills regarding factory utilities, electrical systems, and building infrastructure.
• Able to work at the factory site located in Samut Prakan and willing to relocate if necessary.
• Able to work on Saturdays (every other Saturday).
