• Lead, plan and manage all aspects of plant operations, including production, engineering, warehouse, and safety.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and process improvements in aligning with cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Oversee implementation and compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and other relevant quality systems.
• Ensure timely production to meet sales and demand forecasts while minimizing waste and downtime.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for production and process issues.
• Oversee maintenance programs to ensure machine reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Prepare and monitor operational budgets, CAPEX, and plant KPIs.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within dairy/beverage, or pasteurized production processing.
• Proven experience in managing plant operations and strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Strong organizational and analytical thinking abilities.
• Willing to work in Ayutthaya.
