• Oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and month/year-end closing.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and related parties.
• Supervise and develop accounting staff performance and competencies.
• Provide financial analysis to support management and strategic planning.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related filed.
• At least 10 - 15 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in managerial role.
• Manufacturing industry experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and CAPEX management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work in Samut Prakan province and willing to relocate if necessary.
