Credit Card IT System Operations - ธนาคารแลนด์ แอนด์ เฮ้าส์ จำกัด (มหาชน)

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Monitor credit card systems 24x7 to ensure continuous availability across authorization, clearing, settlement, and payment processing.
• Watch for and respond to alerts/incidents on the Worldline platform (core card, HSM, payment gateway) and connected interfaces (Visa, ITMX, Mainframe).
• Execute and verify daily batch jobs and End-of-Day (EOD) processing, including transaction and settlement file reconciliation.
• Perform first- and second-level (L1/L2) troubleshooting; escalate to development teams or vendors as needed.
• Log and track incidents/problems through to resolution, including root cause analysis (RCA) follow-up.
• Maintain and control production configurations (parameters, interfaces, jobs, access) in line with change management and audit requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience in production support or IT operations.
• Willingness and ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including nights and holidays.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Linux/Unix commands, and the ability to read logs, batch jobs, and shell scripts.
• Understanding of payment or card transaction flows is an advantage.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
• Preferred or advantage : Experience with credit card, core banking, or switching systems (Visa, ITMX, VisaNet/BASE II)
• Knowledge of HSM, PIN/key management, and ISO 8583 messaging standards.
• Experience with mainframe environments, SFTP/file transfer processes, and API integration
• Good command of written and spoken English
