JD Officer/Senior Officer - Financial Operation

• Check the correctness of the disbursement documents.
• Receives all invoices and check requests and prepare for line manager approval
• Verify completeness of supporting documents for reimbursement, communicate to applicant to make correction.
• Knowledge of withholding tax, OPEX
• Ability to use Microsoft Office very well
• Have a witty attitude at work
• Ability to team work very well  (Communication)
• Good in English

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
• At least 1–3 years of experience in Financial Operations, Accounting, or related areas
• Knowledge of disbursement process, reimbursement, withholding tax, and OPEX
• Able to verify invoices and supporting documents accurately
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
•  Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude, proactive, and good teamwork spirit
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
