Application Development-Core Banking (AVP ) - ธนาคารแลนด์ แอนด์ เฮ้าส์ จำกัด (มหาชน)

Job Responsibilities

·       Lead and oversee the design, development, enhancement and maintenance of Core Banking applications to support the Bank’s business strategies and digital transformation.

·       Provide technical leadership and solution design across the application development lifecycle, from requirement analysis, system design, development, testing, deployment to production support.

·       Lead technical teams and coordinate with Business, IT, Project Management, Operations and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline and quality standards.

·       Perform Impact Analysis, System Integration and Application Architecture to ensure system reliability, scalability, security and integration with related applications.

·       Establish and govern software development standards, coding quality, documentation and IT governance in accordance with Bank standards.

·       Provide technical consultation, problem solving and root-cause analysis for critical application issues and production incidents.

·       Drive continuous improvement and modernization of Core Banking applications through appropriate technologies and development practices.

·       Coach and develop team members, promote knowledge sharing and build technical capabilities within the team.

Core Banking Domain

·       Experience in one or more of the following areas:

·       Core Banking / Deposit

·       Payment & Fund Transfer

·       Cheque Clearing

·       Foreign Exchange (FX)

·       Loan / Lending

·       Hire Purchase / Auto Finance

·       Credit Approval

·       Collection / Debt Recovery

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.

·       10+ years of experience in Application Development / Software Engineering, with strong experience in Banking or Financial Services.

·       Proven experience in Core Banking systems and enterprise application development.

·       Strong technical knowledge in AS/400, RPG, .NET (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET), DB2, SQL Server, Oracle or related technologies.

·       Strong understanding of Application Architecture, System Integration, API and SDLC.

·       Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams, projects or complex application development initiatives.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

·       Experience in banking transformation, system modernization or large-scale technology projects is highly preferred.

·       Good command of written and spoken English.
