Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate product quality and quality management systems.
- Analyze and control quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Prepare and summarize quality-related reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality problems.
- Manage and control team activities to achieve targets on schedule.
- Develop and enhance team members’ skills through coaching and training.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, major in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in repair, analysis, manufacturing, or related areas
- Good command of English, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to identify issues proactively and implement effective corrective actions
- Positive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset
- Leadership potential and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong awareness of quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
