Responsibilities
Scope of Job
• Prepare tools, equipment, methods, and standards for product assembly for use in the production process.
• Improve and develop tools, equipment, and methods used to support production under the goals of quality, cost, timely delivery, and safety.
• Cooperate, support, and promote according to the company's established policies, which must not violate the law.
Responsibility
• Responsible for production preparation for new products to achieve results within the specified time period by using PDCA principles in operations.
• Design product assembly methods and production lines for use in assembly work on a production line according to SQCD standards.
• Prepare jigs, fixtures, tools, and equipment used for the production process from the design stage to the delivery stage.
• Coordinate with the parent company in Japan in preparing for production and improving, developing, and solving problems that occur.
• Coordinate with various departments related to production preparation in order to achieve a production line with quality according to SQCD goals.
• Control, inspect, and supervise the work assigned to the technician team to ensure it meets the established SQCD standards.
• Perform work as assigned by the supervisor by always considering the principles of SQCD as the number one priority.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, mechatronics
Experience: 0-3 years
Skills:
- Able to use 2D/3D design software, including SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Basic PLC programming skills, preferably with Keyence and Omron PLCs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good command of English communication.
