Scope of Job

• Maintain spare parts and finished goods (FG) units in warehouse.
• Issue and control spare parts for repair units as assigned.
• Pack units and spare parts for domestic and oversea customers.
• Support inventory recording, checking, and documentation.

Responsibility

• Check and receive spare parts from suppliers for quantity and correctness (Notices mismatch in quantity, part number, or document)
• Record and update received and issued spare parts in inventory systems (Follow stock handling rules FIFO, traceability, part identification)
• Prepare monthly summary reports of spare parts usage.
• Support periodic inventory counting and scrap activities (monthly / yearly).
• Support packing of repaired units for customer return, including overseas floater shipments.
• Understand audit-related requirements (traceability, evidence, record retention)
• Perform inventory receiving, issuing, storage, and packing accurately in accordance with WI and procedures.
