Responsibilities
- Support Kaizen and Innovation activities across the organization.
- Monitor and follow up on employee suggestions and improvement projects.
- Coordinate with related departments to facilitate implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Prepare project-related documents and reports (PCR, WI, Standards, Specifications, etc.).
- Maintain and update the Innovation and Kaizen Library.
Qualifications
Education
- High Vocational Certificate (Diploma) in Digital Business Computer, Computer Business, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 0-2 years of working experience.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or automated manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of VBA, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Ability to create dashboards, automate processes, and manage databases.
- Strong data collection and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly accurate.
- Strong discipline and compliance with procedures.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude toward learning and receiving feedback.
