Finance Manager - บริษัท ครีเดนซ์ จำกัด (มหาชน)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist CFO and Advisor on IPO preparation process
• Lead financial forecasting, reporting, feasibility studies and operational metrics tracking.
• Perform in-depth analysis of past results, variance analysis, identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Oversee the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Guide the team in market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps.
• Conduct peers' performance analysis and forecast.
• Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools and identifying process improvements.
• Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials.
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
• Prepare investor relation materials including TSR report, SEC compliance and filing, investor presentation
• Initiate continuous improvement and new finance projects

• Top performer with a degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering or related field from a leading University.
• Strong foundation in Corporate Finance and Business.
• Minimum of 5 years of business finance or other relevant experience with some leadership experience.
• CFA level 1 or equivalent skillset, Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
• Fluent in Financial Modeling and Advanced Excel functions for Finance is a minimum.
• Knowledge of financial statistics and analysis software such as PowerBI, Python is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills in both Thai and English. TOEIC 700 minimum or equivalent english proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of SEC regulatory rules and standards.
• Experience in the healthcare industry
